Thursday, February 23, 2006 Tina, Bob and Karen stopped by our shop this past Friday high as kites about their trip to Ambergris. I was elated to find out they not only bought property, but that they bought 2 properties!!!!! They could not say enough about you guys and the way they were treated. You and your husband created quite an impression. So much so that I will use you guys exclusively for referrals from this point forward. I heard you two had a very good reputation on the island. Thank you so much for all of your help with purchasing my piece of heaven in Belize. Out of all of the real estate sites for Belize you were the only ones that followed up with a person to person phone conversation as a way to introduce yourself. Your knowledge of the island and local customs really made it easy to decide whether or not it was a good investment, and you diligently worked with the sellers and aligned me with all of the right people to make this dream come true. On top of that you gave me a local’s point of view of the island weather form your boat or the golf cart every place you took me and every one you introduced me to really put me in touch with island living and weather it was for me or not. Most importantly I really appreciate the way you listened to me and what I was looking for, you channeled my vision with your knowledge and found exactly what I was looking for and made the process quite easy, you didn’t throw any curve balls at me you found sites that fit my criteria and I truly believe you gave me honest opinions on if it would fit what I was looking for. As the purchase wrapped up and I prepared to build you guys really helped me with selecting the right contractors and the necessary procedures to build on the island. I have said thanks a thousand times to you both and I know this would never have been possible if it were not for you both, Thanks Tim and Tina see you both at the reef.

June 06 Tim and Tina made a dream come true for us! We purchased a beautiful condo in San Pedro, Belize. We feel very fortunate to have met them. From the first phone call in Michigan thru closing the were EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. Everyone involved made buying out of the country hassle-free. Their knowledge of the island when answering our questions made us very comfortable purchasing our own little piece of PARADISE...HOW GREAT IS THAT!!!
Looking forward to our next visit.

I am a bit tardy on sending my thanks, but wanted to say how much I appreciate you guys and that I will continue to use your company as "my realtors" in belize.

In March 2006 I decided i was ready to make the move from Philadelphia to Belize. I emailed lots of realtors, all but one of whom told me to "look them up" when i got to San Pedro. The one exception? Investinbelize.com. Tim emailed back immediately and asked for a phone number, called me, and we made arrangements to meet upon my arrival. Of course, Tim and Tina made all the travel arrangements, helped with my hotel, and picked me up at the airport...now THATS service above and beyond a realtor for sure!

The process of buying property in a foreign country can be intimidating at best. Unless of course, you trust your realtors implicitly. I had such a relationship with Tim and Tina. I honestly believed they cared about the transaction because they cared about me. They took care of everything, including my frantic panicked calls as i realized "I AM REALLY GOING TO DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!".

Eight months later, Tim and Tina are among my dearest friends on an island filled with amazing people. I recommended them to dear friends, who also used their services, and no one could possibly be more pleased, and no one could have possibly done a better job.

I am proud to call them my friends, AND my realtors.

In April of 2006 during our second visit to San Padro we meet Tim and Tina. We were interested in finding some property. We felt like we made some new friends with this adventure. They understood what we were looking for and found it. The transaction went very smoothly and we are very happy and would recommend them highly.
