Our clients have asked Invest In Belize to go to The Planning
Committee for current building codes and
regulations. We always advise people to talk with the planning
committee prior to any planning,
sketches ect.Tim personally met with Vice chairman Mr. Frank Panton, many times. These
meetings were very fruitful, Tim had questions answered and received quite a
bit of information.
Without a proper Planning Committee the island would turn out
being another Cancun,we don’t want that!This committee
