Golf cart and Boat Storage

POLICIES AGREEMENT

**the contract billing is measured on the overall length of boat or golfcart including bow pulpits and swim platforms.

**Storing your boat or golf cart for placement, positioning and moving purposes are at the discretion of Caribbean Elite Service.

**A 10% late fee will apply if there is, at anytime, any unpaid storage balances as per contract

**If you require your boat or golf cart to be plugged in please provide the proper cords adapters etc. You will be charged for electric.

** There are no refunds

**Before you boat or golf cart is allowed on premisses a valid signed contract with deposit has to be received by Caribbean Elite Services

**Caribbean Elite Services must have a key or lock combination for boat and/or golf cart access and operation.

**All Boats and golf carts are to be kept locked by owners.

**Owners are responsible for stowing all their gear, boat equipment and personal property

**Caribbean Elite Services is not responsible for missing equipment or damage to owners property

**Caribbean Elite Services does not carry insurance on owners vessel or property, storage is accepted at the sole risk of the
owner, and the owner releases Caribbean Elite Services from any claims of loss or damage

**Owners cannot work on their boats stored at Caribbean Elite Services unless granted permission in writing.

**Any items left on the property of Caribbean Elite Services 45 days after your golf cart or boat has been removed from property will become the property of Caribbean Elite Services.

**Admittance to the facility is only during business hours unless otherwise scheduled.

**All conditions of this agreement are binding upon the respective parties, their successors and assigns

**No owners vessel or property will leave the premisses of Caribbean Elite Services until all
unpaid charges have been paid. If the customer defaults or fails to pay charges due for storage or service after the termination for the agreement the owners vessel or property will become the property of Caribbean Elite Services

**Any disputes or legal proceedings shall be venues in the courts of Belize

**If any part of this agreement is found invalid the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force

Visual inspection of the structure inside and out. Check out the system of a house, from top to bottom.
